What is an Inhaler Chamber?
Essential for Medicine Distribution

Inhaler chambers have been around for ages, playing an essential role in properly administering inhaler medicine. However, their outdated design is clunky.

The Problem Imagine Using this in Public...It’s Embarrassing.

While essential and lifesaving, traditional inhaler chambers are bulky, medical-looking, and can feel embarrassing to use in public

What’s My Goal? How might we reimagine the inhaler chamber to move beyond its outdated, clinical appearance and create a sleek, empowering device that seamlessly integrates into users' lives and makes them proud to use it every day?

Form IdeationSeeking a Beautiful Form

Rapid PrototypingErgonomics & Adaptability

Based on my concept sketches I created foam and paper prototypes to test ergonomics.

01  CollapsibleNice compact form study but medicine gets stuck in grooves, preventing maximum flow to lungs.

02  Ergonomic Push ButtonPush-button is comfortable to remove stress
on fingers but there are still extruding parts
that can be minimized.

03  Foldable WingsWings provide better support for hands and is compact, however, wings can easily break off
and are flimsy.
